Laws and Regulations
The 2012 Laws and Regulations book is now available. This book contains provisions from the California Business and Professions Code, Penal Code, Welfare and Institutions Code, Evidence Code, Civil Code, Family Code, Health and Safety Code, as well as Title 16, Division 13.1 of the California Code of Regulations relating to the profession regulated by the California Board of Psychology. The electronic version of the booklet is available at no charge below. If you would like to request a hard copy of the booklet, the cost per copy is $10.
